This excellent new paper by former Assistant Secretary of Labor, Jane Oates, and Rutgers-based Workforce Development policy maven, Carl Van Horn, published yesterday 6/17/2020 by the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank is highly recommended reading for those trying to learn lessons from the past and envision a brighter, more socially equitable future for the region and the nation.
